The staff members have exceptional professionalism and courtesy for every customer that comes in and it shows. The technology used to check in is phenomenal, there's plenty of space for any one that needs courtesy for every customer that comes in and it shows. The technology used to check in is phenomenal, there's plenty of space for any one that needs to work while waiting for their vehicle. This Subaru dealership provides complementary coffee, water, tea, snacks. Staffs keeps you notified on the status of your service and estimated wait time. I checked in for 8am service 6k mile maintenance and service was completed at 9:15 including a complementary car wash and vacuum! I did not see the name of my service tech that checked me in....but he was awesome. It would be great if all service personnel names are included so they can also receive the recognition deserved. A wonderful touch for pet lovers like myself, you can bring your dog and they even have a toy bin where your pup can pick out a toy to play with while waiting. This service center and the entire staff are top notch!!!! The best in customer service and I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett for service regardless of where you may have purchased your Subaru.
