I took my truck to another dealer first and they told me nothing was wrong. The tech at Gastonia Ram found that my transmision needed a rebuild, drive shaft was damaged and ball joints were wore out. I had the pleasure of working with Haley Hovis as my service contact. Haley was always very professional, polite and followed up on all of my questions. She would periodically text me with updates, with out me contacting her. She is the best! I highly recomend Haley at the Gastiona"s shop! More

Terrible, They should have fixed our Hemi Tick before our warranty ran out. When we bought the extended warranty it was not explained that the warranty started for when the truck was new or we would have not warranty ran out. When we bought the extended warranty it was not explained that the warranty started for when the truck was new or we would have not have paid so much for the extended warranty. The truck is a 2016 Dodge Ram with 70,000 miles on it and it has had the Hemi Tick now for over a year. We kept it serviced regularly and through the dealership. I have been in touch with a news channel and will tell my story live on the air. More
