The people at the desk were pleasant. My car was brought in to be looked over from top to bottom and the list that I was given left a very important issue off. I took it to another place My car was brought in to be looked over from top to bottom and the list that I was given left a very important issue off. I took it to another place and they said the car was unsafe and you all should have told me that if I wanted the car I would have to tow it off your lot. Also my a piece on my bumper needed to be secured and I know that but upon leaving it with you all it was secure on both ends and had been ever since purchasing the car. After leaving your place the part came off? The mechanic should have secured it back at least to the way that it was. I did receive the fee back that I was charged but I whole heartedly believe that your mechanic dropped the ball on this one and my life was in danger briefly and I feel like I should be compensated for the part the he did not secure the way that it was. More
