Warranty company advised me since Rachel started another claim instead of using the open claim that CarMax started for the same issue is the reason their not able to approve my claim since the new ticket sh claim instead of using the open claim that CarMax started for the same issue is the reason their not able to approve my claim since the new ticket showing I’m over my miles.
