seems to be nice well managed dealership. took my2023 4runner that I bought there in for 1 year oil chg.&checkup. Haley greeted me & told me would be about one and a half hrs. . it was 2 and a half hours before it was done. the service department girl called me to alert me and schedule appt. for service. she was nice informative and helpful. waiting area was nice. appreciated the drinks & popcorn. since it was lunchtime. the car was also washed, that was appreciated. I was greeted immediately when I arrived, all my information and my services needed were known thanks to the appointment process. The waiting area is nice and they provide free drinks and popcorn. My service was done within the time frame my advisor provided. I travel some distance to go to Freeman Toyota’s service department, even though I have a Toyota dealer in the city I live in. More
