We walked in to Honda in Paramus and told the receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word receptionist were looking to replace our Odyssey that was totaled from Hurricane Ida. 2 minutes later she brought Hamad out to us and- word for word she says “Okay I brought you our best one, you’ll see.” She wasn’t kidding. If you are looking for someone who thoroughly knows what they are doing, someone who will work with you, someone who will be very honest and who is extremely personable, then Hamad is your guy. You’ll see, after 5 minutes of working with Hamad, that he is working for your good, not to just make a sale. Just a genuine guy who clearly knows the ins and outs of the car industry. We left with a beautiful van, despite my husbands hesitations lol (thanks Hamad) , and an overall amazing experience. More

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot DCH Paramus. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and very transparent. My sales rep Hamad Dee, he sincerely focused on my car needs and what I could afford. Hamad is extermely knowledgeable on all the different Pilots on the lot and the buying process was outstanding. When i finally narrowed down on the Pilot, I really liked, Hamad literally took his time _NO RUSH_ whatsoever to show/explain EVERY feature my Pilot has! I was very impressed because in my past experiences in car buying, they were very "in and out" "here's the car manual" but NOT Hamab. Would highly recommend Hamad for your car buying experience. :) More

I had already been to one before coming here and it was not a good experience. I'm very glad that Hamad was the first person to approach me when I walked into DCH Paramus Honda. I told him what kind of car I was looking for, but that I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or finance. It was a long process, but Hamad was patient with me and showed me various options based on what I wanted and what I could afford. He made my first car buying experience personal and I am ultimately very happy with my new vehicle! I would definitely go back to him if I am ever looking to buy another car. In fact, I even went back to DCH Paramus Honda the week after with a friend who was also looking to purchase a vehicle. We went straight to Hamad for help and he did not disappoint!
