Hamad is the main reason we always come back to DCH. He has a lot of knowledge about all the models and their specs and features. He actually shows you how to use all the new features and makes sure you know how to use them before you leave. He is also very honest and straightforward, which is uncommon with most sales reps. Hamad always gives us great deals whether its a lease or finance. He is always very welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable when purchasing at DCH. First time in 14 years buying a new car, so need I wasn't expecting to be buying a new car, but out of necessity we went to DCH Paramus Honda to shop. First time in 14 years buying a new car, so needless to say I was overwhelmed by the differences in today's cars, and my 2004 CR-V. There was no pressure put on us to buy, but Hamad was very helpful in showing us the features and benefits of the 2017 Accord and 2016 CR-V. We returned a week later and purchased the Accord. It was the last day of the year, so it was busy. But we were able to leave that day in our new car and are very happy with the service and the fair price. More
