Every other dealership I have went to, I have got the feeling of them trying to rip me off and at the end of the day, their job is to do that but at Honda of Paramus, I didn't get that at all. I left that dealership knowing I received an amazing deal! Hamad explained everything thoroughly and took his time with me. Even after completing everything, he stood in the freezing cold while I sat in the car and explained EVERY feature the car had and how to use them. He was amazing and had so much knowledge. Not just with Hondas but also with other cars. I will never deal with any other dealership and thats simply because I would never want to deal with another dealer other than Hamad. He truly represents Honda well! More

amazing experience After a disappointing visit to the Nanuet dealership where I tried to sell my Toyota Rav 4 and finance a CRV, I wanted to explore my options further. After a disappointing visit to the Nanuet dealership where I tried to sell my Toyota Rav 4 and finance a CRV, I wanted to explore my options further. My husband had a lease that he would get serviced at DCH Paramus, and had positive things to say about his experiences. Also, having owned Hondas all my life prior to my Rav 4, I knew I was ready to do business and get back over to Honda. I requested information online from the Paramus dealership and was immediately called by Lisa Williams who requested that I come in to discuss my trade. I set up an appointment for my husband and I to come in as he was also looking to renew his lease. When we went into the DCH Paramus dealership, they were great from start to finish. I was greeted before I barely had walked up to the door and immediately got linked with Lisa who had us work with a senior sales consultant Hamad Deeb. Hamad was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We were very clear with him about what we were looking for in terms of trade in values, money down, and expected monthly payments. Although it took some negotiating, he fought for us with his superiors and we were able to reach an agreement that felt comfortable for all of us. We were at the dealership from 5pm-11:30pm....it was a very long night, but Hamad made everything go smoothly. He was friendly, humorous, and very accommodating even to the point of offering to charge my iPhone, and sitting with me in my new CRV at 11:30pm to show me the features. He was by no means rushing us out knowing he had already made the sale. He even told me to call him anytime if I had any questions about the vehicle. Overall we had an awesome experience!! I will continue to use DCH Honda Paramus for servicing my vehicle and definitely will be a life long customer!! More

Hamad is the main reason we always come back to DCH. He has a lot of knowledge about all the models and their specs and features. He actually shows you how to use all the new features and makes sure you know how to use them before you leave. He is also very honest and straightforward, which is uncommon with most sales reps. Hamad always gives us great deals whether its a lease or finance. He is always very welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable when purchasing at DCH.
