My first hassle free experience! There's an old saying that the more money you spend, the more aggravation you have to go through. I've found that to be true over the years between p There's an old saying that the more money you spend, the more aggravation you have to go through. I've found that to be true over the years between purchasing my home and the few new cars I've purchased. There always seemed to be salesmen and realtors talking to you like you didn't know what you were saying or not returning phone calls or giving wrong information, etc.. All of that changed when I came to DCH Paramus Honda and met with Hamad Deeb. I had an excellent experience! From the test drive to the sit down to the negotiations to the purchase, I never felt pressured or spoken down to. He was very thorough and professional and most importantly he always returned my phone calls or texts in a timely manner.. usually immediately. There was a bit of a negotiation that we had to go back and forth on but in the end, we decided on a price and my trade in that I believe was fair to both. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the car and the process. And when I picked up my car the day of delivery, he sat in the car with me and explained all the functions of the vehicle and asked me if I had any questions. I believe he would've sat there for an hour if he had to. If I ever see a need for myself or anyone I know to purchase a Honda, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Hamad in particular as the person to see. I would also like to thank Timothy Hall for a great experience. He was the financial guy I had to deal with and that was also a pleasant experience. He explained all the paperwork and options for additional warranties and never pressured me or gave me an attitude if I didn't want to purchase any extras. He did explain the pros of getting additional extended coverage thoroughly but did let me make my own decision ultimately.
