First time Honda owner. I was looking to trade in my Volkswagen Golf and stopped into DCH on a whim. I was met with a friendly smile and a hello. I walked around at my leis I was looking to trade in my Volkswagen Golf and stopped into DCH on a whim. I was met with a friendly smile and a hello. I walked around at my leisure without any pushy salesman following me around. Once I saw the HRV I knew that it was the car that I was looking for. I was paired up with Hamad Deeb. Though I was on a budget, Hamad did all he could to get me the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. He was patient, understanding, informative, helpful, and allowed me all the time I needed to make my final decision. He made the lengthy car buying experience a pleasant one. Kelvin Rodriguez in the finance department had all paperwork in order and was knowledgeable with any last minutes questions I had. Overall my experience at DCH was great. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to other sales people to the manager were all courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend DCH to family and friends. More

Hamad, in par My experience at DCH Honda in Paramus was excellent from before I even entered the building to when I left after having purchased a car. Hamad, in particular, saw us perusing the cars and assisted us immediately. He was straight forward, knowledgeable and pleasant. We went to a few dealerships but ultimately returned to Honda in Paramus. Both Hamad and Kelvin made what can be a stressful experience pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership. More
