A stress free experience. Couldn't be better Mr. Deeb is an exceptional sales representative. He explained the mechanics and electronics of our new Pilot until he was sure we understood. He listened to our concerns and facilitated a final agreement that made both us and Honda felling we got a good deal. Hamad did little things that didn't go unnoticed. We asked if there was time to eat lunch. He said, of cause, and called a take out restaurant for us that delivered. My wife and I left the dealership with an awesome SUV and with a very good feeling. He is very professional, very efficient and was a pleasure to work with. He worked with us until we had a deal we were pleased with. Then he told us when to come to the dealership to complete the transaction. He had as much ready as he could which made our experience in the dealership very pleasant. He was very patient with me, as I am not very technical, and made sure I was comfortable operating the car and he even set-up my phone and made me aware of the Android App to sync my phone with the car. He then called me two days after my purchase to double check that all was OK and to see if I had any more questions. As it turns out since I did have a few questions about using the phone he is going to go over it with me again when I come in to get the new plates. Hamad is an exceptional sales person. He truly wants you to have a great experience when you make the purchase but he is always available, after the purchase to insure you are a satisfied customer. We will certainly purchase another car from Hamad the next time we need a new car. More
