I had a Civic I loved but I knew it was time I upgraded especially since I just had a baby and needed the space. Since I had such a wonderful experience the first time I decided to call Hamad again. He showed me the Honda CRV which worked perfect with my current lifestyle. He explained all the features thoroughly, paired my phone, transferred the insurance and worked really hard at giving me a great deal. What I liked about him which makes him different from other car salesmen I've dealt with in the past is that he is a good listener and isn't too pushy. Great, Smooth Buying Experience This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle from a dealership, and I was not quite sure what to expect. After some research, I decided I wa This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle from a dealership, and I was not quite sure what to expect. After some research, I decided I wanted to go with this year's model of the civic. I worked closely with Hamad Deeb, who made the entire process as smooth as possible. He showed me the car and explained all its features to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. Hamad also helped me set up the insurance on the vehicle so I could take it home in a timely manner. After the transaction, he took the time to teach me how to operate all the technology inside the vehicle, as well as link up my phone to the car's Andriod Auto feature. I was provided contact information in case I had any questions about the vehicle or if I needed additional help with the infotainment system, and Hamad even called me a few days later to make sure everything was going alright. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would recommend doing business with this dealership. More
