I had an awesome experience here today. I'm Satisfied! I must admit I was nervous about going to a dealership because the last time I purchased a vehicle was 2002. Fortunately I had an awesome sales repre I must admit I was nervous about going to a dealership because the last time I purchased a vehicle was 2002. Fortunately I had an awesome sales representative - Hamad Deeb. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I walked out with my new car, I was at ease and extremely comfortable. Hamad explained everything to me and was patient and informative with all my concerns and questions. Fortunately the model that I wanted arrived on a truck while I was there. After signing on the dotted line, Hamad extensively explained and showed me the car’s ins and outs. He showed me a little while test driving, but he took the time to go that extra mile. I didn’t feel like I was just rushed into buying a car. I am a tech savvy person in my personal and work life, but not with the new gadgets in these newer cars (again it’s been 14 years since my last purchase). I definitely would recommend this dealership and I definitely would recommend working with Hamad Deeb. More

100% satisfied with my experience and purchase I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They to I recently purchased a 2016 civic EX from Paramus Honda. I had gotten a recommendation from a family member who bought an accord from there. They told me to ask for Hamad Deeb. So I called and set up a time to meet with Hamad. I was greeted in the parking lot by him and I knew right away I was dealing with someone who was going to hook me up with what I want and give me a good price. I knew I was at the right place. I had purchased an accord a few years ago at different dealership and it was a nightmare, horrible experience very aggravating. Hamad was totally easy going, no hassle. Hamad didn't play games like most dealers do. I went to several other dealerships before seeing Hamad, and they were pushy and I felt aggravated I walked out. This was not like that. He was very professional and informative explaining all of the features the different models offered. I made my mind up and decided to go with the EX. The car was ready in a few hours. While waiting, Hamad offered me coffee and made me feel at home. It was very pleasant I didn't have to worry about anything. After signing the paperwork he sat in the passenger seat for about an hour teaching me everything about the vehicle. The 2016 model has a lot of new features that I'm unfamiliar with. He set up my smartphone connection, explained every single feature and button there is to know. I drove home feeling confident and comfortable in my new car. I absolutely love it, I couldn't be happier with it. Also for the deal I got with no money down was incredible. The next day my phone rang and it was Hamad checking to see if I was happy with my new purchase. He also called to let me know the plates are in and has followed up with me several times to check again if everything is going well with it. I highly recommend Hamad Deeb to ANYONE who is looking to invest in a honda. Believe me, you won't be disappointed with your experience or purchase! More

Asked us i On Friday, February 5, 2016 I met a most wonderful man. His name is Hamad Deeb. He welcomed me, my husband and my brother with open arms. Asked us if we wanted anything to drink, i.e. water, coffee, etc. He showed us what we wanted, took the SUV for a little spin, came back in the office to start some of the paperwork. Many times he asked us if we had any questions and concerns. The next day, Saturday, February 6, 2016 we came back into the office, again all of the staff very friendly, the guys outside even opened the doors for us. In the course of the day, the SUV was ready for me to take it home. Hamad Deeb made the buying process go very smoothly. He is an excellent Senior Sales Rep. Honda should be very proud to have someone like Hamad work for them. I have already told some of my friends that if they are looking to buy a new car, Honda is the place to go. And I have the name of the person whom they need to see, my friend, Hamad Deeb. More

Matt was able to work out a deal with us for the financing rate and we ended up walking away with a car I was happy with and a price i was happy with. We dealt with Mike briefly as we signed papers but he was also very friendly and happy. After all the paper work was signed and the car was officially mine, Hamad came out to the car with me and my family and went over all the new features of the car and made sure I was conformable and understood everything and triple checked I had his number in case I had a question about anything. Overall it was a good experience and after visiting a few places it was nice to talk to people who you didn't feel like were just completely out for a profit. More

I bought my newest Ho DCH Paramus Honda has been my and my family's place since 2005. Purchased a 2005 Accord, and haven't looked anywhere else since! I bought my newest Honda last September (trying out a CR-V this time around, and have no regrets), and my son and I just purchased a Certified Pre-owned Civic Si that has made us both very happy. Hamad lives up to his promises, is knowledgeable, and understand the real meaning of customer service. He also puts up with me, which is probably one whole start in and of itself, hahaha.
