You are making a major purchase, an expensive purchase, and you are doing it by negotiating, which is always anxiety provoking and in most cases unpleasant. In general, my experience purchasing the Civic was fine. There was some confusion with the financial paperwork, and I ended up having to return a few weeks later because a mistake had been made, but everyone there is helpful and courteous. If it hadn’t been for Hamad Deeb, this would have been a much worse experience for me. Hamad spent a great deal of time with me. He explained everything thoroughly. He was patient, he stayed calm in the heated moments of negotiating, and he kept his sense of humor. I arrived late in the afternoon, and it took a long time to fill out the paperwork and work with the finance department. Hamad stayed well past his working hours simply to be sure things were done properly and to be sure I didn’t have further questions or concerns. I appreciated that. Hamad also spent a good deal of time going through the car with me, showing me every feature and being sure that I understood how everything worked. He called a few days later to see how things were going, and despite having trouble connecting right away, he didn’t give up. He continues to make himself available and I feel comfortable calling him if I need to. It is clear he cares about his customers, understands the anxiety they have when purchasing a new car, and does what he can to make this process as easy and smooth as possible. I’m glad he was the one who met me at the door. More

They treated me like family and beat any competitor i could throw out them. They had the car my wife wanted and they put everything in writing without hesitation. They were patient and no pressure. I visited and emailed and texted the dealership so much, but they continued to provide top service. The sales guy was always ready via text to answer questions. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here. They earned both loyality and trust and i got an awesome deal. Most import my wife is happy. Happy wife happy life. Thank you DCH. Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales representative was nothing but aggressive and pushy, I could easily tell he was after the commission. Then a friend recommended me to Hamad Deeb. I got there around 6pm and I'm so grateful i did. I'm a newbie with cars and Hamad answered all my questions and did his best to meet my budget as a full-time student and worker. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The next week when I had made a decision to lease a Honda car he even provided me with a ride to the dealership knowing I lacked transportation that week. He helped me shop for car insurance and search for paperwork that would guarantee an approval from the dealership. After almost four hours of his amazing help I was able to drive home with a new car. Hamad was so patient, dedicated and a total gentleman, I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to lease, finance or simply just gather information on a car. More
