Although I did visit a few dealerships, due to a busy schedule most of my efforts to shop and compare were via online car reviews and price comparisons. Of course just using this criteria, Honda stands out among it's competitors. But even when I did find time to venture to other dealerships, well let's suffice it to say that i was not impressed. With that behind me, I could not have been happier with my experience dealing with Hamad as he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. For me Hamad managed a "sweet spot" where he took the time to explain, features etc. on the Accord as well as answering whatever questions I had, but also when things needed to get done, He got it done! Today I called looking to get cross bars installed to accommodate a car top carrier, after an incredibly difficult and ultimately failed attempt with Sears automotive. Despite already being very busy and the rushed nature of my request, in typical fashion Hamad was gracious, accommodating, and somehow made it happen. And he remembered that I'd been pregnant the last we'd seen him and asked after the baby. I cannot think of someone more suited to his line of work.
