I paid off my car four years early. And I’ve been trying to get refunds of my gap insurance and whatever else was cancelled. I’ve been calling since July. No one will return my calls. Then day before yesterday a lady called said she would definitely call me back before the end of the day but guess what it was a joke she never called back. I’m so disgusted. I bought a new eco diesel from landers. At 3600 miles it was in the shop again. This time they were able to locate the problem. The front brakes had locked up. Landers refereed me to ram, ram referred me ba was in the shop again. This time they were able to locate the problem. The front brakes had locked up. Landers refereed me to ram, ram referred me back to landers. I was told by me salesman Jason he was working on getting me out of this truck. landers failed. They did not return calls, or make one qualified attempt to rectify this matter. Then I get in my truck to leave the dealership, there was a warning light lit up on my instrument panel that wasn’t there before. More

My daughter and I purchased a used 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. A special thank you to Jerry for taking the time to walk around the lot to find it for us so we could drive from Edmond to look at it. Their Country. Never been to a dealership where everyone was so inviting, helpful and polite. I buy cars yearly or every other year since I was 16 🤦🏼♀️ Best dealership by far. My Step sister was my sales women inviting, helpful and polite. I buy cars yearly or every other year since I was 16 🤦🏼♀️ Best dealership by far. My Step sister was my sales women but before anyone even knew that everyone treated us like family. We bought two vehicles in 1 month from Erin. Their finance director was awesome and so was Marcellous who did the deal on my used Lexus. Erin is top notch. Delivered our new truck to north Edmond and took my car back to the dealership for us to help us out that day. More
