Why Hank Woloz is my favorite Mercedes-Benz sales rep I've owned a number of high-end autos, including Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes. But after my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre, I've owned a number of high-end autos, including Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes. But after my first experience with Mercedes Benz of Rockville Centre, I never strayed from the three-pointed star. This dealership takes service and professionalism to a level I've never experienced elsewhere. I also lucked out on my second lease at this dealer by encountering Hank Woloz as my sales rep. Totally professional, totally non-pushy. He's told me the best times of the year to buy or lease a new Mercedes. He even advised me to wait a few months on one occasion because a better deal would likely come down from Mercedes headquarters. I'm a nerd and computer researcher who checks around for the going rates on buying and leasing. I do my homework at Car and Driver and read articles on the Internet with titles like, "How to Lease a New Car Like a Pro." Yet Hank makes it easy. He gives you an excellent deal right from the start, and you can check it on your computer if you like, as I do, and see that it's an excellent deal. It's always wise to do your homework so you can be well-prepared and recognize a good deal when you see one. But with Hank, I've found he's a straight-shooter who gives you the best price he can right upfront, and I've never had to haggle. More

I came to MBRVC to inquire about the lease end process for my 2017 GLC and Hank was there to walk me through the entire process! He explained all my options, was very knowledgeable, and helped me find a 2 for my 2017 GLC and Hank was there to walk me through the entire process! Leased a GLC and brought myself an AMG from Hank- he's aces My lease was up for a Lexus, so i wanted to get a Benz for my wife. My brother literally just brought a car from him and that weekend he told me to come in see what they got- i end up walking away signing a new lease. reason i purchased was first of course i had a great deal- i needed 15k a year and was shocked how little it was to upgrade from 12k to 15k (better then my other deals when i asked) Hank was a joy to work with- he listened to my needs and got a tailored deal that wowed me. The purchase was smooth. the delivery was just as good, the delivery center was very big (same place as their service) and had a cool station with your name, date on a screen and a big bow on top of the car fast forward to last week- and i was getting a bit bored with my older benz convertible. i was just checking online to check their stock and they had stock of the amg convertible i was in the hunt for. it was more like a unicorn. sure there's other places and states to buy but with such a large purchased i wanted to be taken care of. hank was there for me- got me a great deal and a trade in deal that (not it's over i can say safetly) was on my high number in my mind. i'll leave you with this last bit of my experience- hank told me he would get me some touch up paint and well after i got my car- he drove out of his way and drop it off with me in person, Now that's service!!!!!! he's a class act- if you are in the market for Benz, i would highly recommend seeking him and and get pampered with first class service. More
