We were lucky enough to be connected with Hank Woloz as our salesperson. Hank did a phenomenal job working with us and making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He made the whole thing feel personal and he made it a point to connect not only with myself, but with my wife and eight year old son as well. After visiting MB of RVC we visited a nearby competing dealership for another make of car we were interested in and were shocked at the difference in the experience. We quickly decided to turn back to dealing with Hank and ultimately bought a great car from him. The experience at the point of delivery was excellent as well. Our Delivery Specialist Nicole Hamill did a great job getting everything ready for us and walking us through all the features of the car. Would definitely recommend giving them a visit! More

Everyone has been though this where one would get ignored, pressured and being played around with the options and numbers. At Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre, it was actually painless. Hank is a great salesman and took great care of me. He answered all of my questions about the car and the way the numbers turned out. He would work out all of the numbers in front of you so there are no surprises. He made it very comfortable and laid no pressure at all. I even had to switch around my pickup dates and timing and he was extremely accommodating. George, Sales Manager, greeted me and made sure that any concerns I had was addressed. They both checked on everything until I got my car and made sure I was happy with it afterwards. All of the options were clearly discussed and explained to me and the most helpful and honest advice given. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, I would highly recommend Hank. I promise a pain free experience unlike the dentist. More
