I called service department to see if my vehicle was serviced for a coolant light bulletin. No records were found. Suggested I check the car fax. I informed service, I never received a car fax. Service serviced for a coolant light bulletin. No records were found. Suggested I check the car fax. I informed service, I never received a car fax. Service said they will speak with my Sales person, and that he would call me. The low ratings are because I never heard back from my sales person. Don't know who dropped the ball. More
