His transparency and effort made it much easier for me to narrow down my choice of dealership, and I genuinely appreciated how simple he made the process. When I arrived, Gerry, the salesperson at the dealership, was equally impressive. He was very professional, answered my questions clearly, and respected that I was comparing options. I actually had another appointment scheduled with a competitor to test drive the same vehicle before making my final decision, but I didn’t end up needing it. Gerry was able to provide the confidence, information, and fair pricing I needed to commit to the purchase right there. My partner was looking for an SUV and he didn't care what year or miles on it he was desperate. Carlos broke it down and even went above and beyond to give advice "I want you to walk before you can run". Not only did we look at SUVs we found the perfect car thanks to him for guiding us into the right direction. He was helpful encouraging and even personable.
