After being greeted by an Orr employee as I was getting out of my car, I was directed inside to speak with the service writer. He was expecting me. I showed him the repair needed on the front passenger door. He felt the part might be in stock. I was given a courtesy ride to my office by Stormy, who made the trip a pleasant visit. Around 9:30 Orr called to say my vehicle was ready. I picked it up over my lunch hour. This was seamless, painless, and about as good as it gets. No reason to look around. Who could do be any better? More
