Oil change tire roation I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. Problem I had was that when I brought in my truck the front right tire was missing the air valve cap. After I noticed it was still missing on the same tire when I got home brushed this off as just a coincidence. However now I am going to have to purchase new tires due to wear on the inside of the front tires. If the rotation would have been done then I feel I would or should have been notified about the wear and an alignment could have possibly saved me the money now that I am going to have to spend to replace them. More

Lube & oil/ repair to passenger door window Made 7:30 am appointment the day before. Arrived at Orr Chevrolet and was pulled forward in the service aisle immediately. After being greeted by an O Made 7:30 am appointment the day before. Arrived at Orr Chevrolet and was pulled forward in the service aisle immediately. After being greeted by an Orr employee as I was getting out of my car, I was directed inside to speak with the service writer. He was expecting me. I showed him the repair needed on the front passenger door. He felt the part might be in stock. I was given a courtesy ride to my office by Stormy, who made the trip a pleasant visit. Around 9:30 Orr called to say my vehicle was ready. I picked it up over my lunch hour. This was seamless, painless, and about as good as it gets. No reason to look around. Who could do be any better? More
