When I arrived at the dealership the service department the man sitting there was smirking the whole time like he found it funny that I had to wait a long time for the service that I came for I didn't have the man sitting there was smirking the whole time like he found it funny that I had to wait a long time for the service that I came for I didn't have an appointment I was a walk-in for them to look at a tire but I needed my tire put on so I had no choice but to wait I just didn't know what was so funny about it so as I was waiting I needed to get something out of my car after about 30 minutes so I went back to go get it and the other man that was there I think his name was David he informed me that I was actually next that they were catching up and he seen that I had a oil change scheduled for the next week so he offered to do the oil change while they had it there so I didn't have to come back so I agreed to that and he told me that I'd be about another hour and that's about how long I waited another hour to get those services done but all in all the service was fine it was just the attitude of the one guy I didn't understand what was so funny about me having to wait so long cuz at first they were telling me it was going to be two and a half to three hours but like I said I didn't have any choice but to wait because I couldn't drive around on the donut tire so actually I haven't had wonderful service as far as when I need something they're not very helpful they're like all of them were like I don't know I don't know I don't know answers instead of you know telling you what you may need or giving you the answer to why or what they have they don't seem to have very many things in stock and they they just not up to what I would consider a dealership standard to be I don't know if they need the train people better or if they need to really know what they're talking about first that would help out a lot too I guess that's all I have to say for now More

During this appointment I asked for them to look at my breaks because they were squeaking. The tech said there is nothing wrong with the breaks and that squeaking was normal due to the material breaks are breaks because they were squeaking.
