Dealer was sole entity that services vehicle - suddenly they cannot locate key for tire locks. Dealer says they are missing yet dealer is the last to have used the keys on previous service. patrick said harold story is the dealership mgr. harold story also said he was the dealership mgr. Yet he is not. Customer requested to speak to the mgr yet was not allowed to do so. What is this dealership going to do about their loss of customers tire key locks? Why was customer loed to and told that harold story is a manager? More
