A 12-month warranty was added to my financing without my knowledge. I was asked to sign for items I did not receive such as an owner's manual. I was told my tags could not be mailed to me. I was told my vehicle had an oil change before buying it, and I had only traveled a couple of hundred miles when my oil maintenance light came on. I called, I texted, I emailed and it took a call to management and several weeks to finally get everything worked out. I was told they don't care about used cars as much as selling new cars because that is where they make their money. Used cars are counted as cars sold by a salesperson. I will never recommend this dealership and the reason I went is because of the many great reviews. More
