The reasons I go back are simple ones but seem elusive in the dealer industry in general: No games. They are professional at their craft in a world full of "sales clowns" at most other dealerships which translates to a great buying experience. Attentive and welcoming staff but none of that "stalking you around the parking lot" to "claim" you first when you visit the dealership. Nice facility that went through an update recently that is well-laid out and maintained as you would expect from a premium car dealership. Tactfully persistent in follow up and reminders with no pressure at any time. All buying experiences should be like they are at Gwinnett Infiniti. More

I constantly felt like I was trying to be up sold and taking advantage of for services I didn’t need. Then we became owners of Infinity’s.
