The service staff is excellent, exceptionally trained and they understand the art of customer service. My Camry needed service and the part was expensive… They made my problem theirs. Helped me take care of it to my benefit not their own. Which for such outstanding service that in todays world loyalty is just a bunch of zeros and ones on a digital score card. Not at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Thank you a thousand times thank you all. Your commitment to excellence is infectious as is seen throughout all your staff. The product itself is is good but when your mix in experienced and empathy you get world class service. My customer experience is not just Unique to just me but at the same time it’s excellent customer experience that you have when you come here and keep coming back, every time. More

Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
