I gave my specs and my budget and Keith matched me with my new car. I went to pick up the car and everyone there was so pleasant and easy to speak with. They really seem as if they enjoy coming to work. Keith and Hasan took the time to explain the paperwork and patiently answered my many questions. I am ever so grateful to Genius Joey who took the time to show, explain and demonstrate all the bells and whistles. They made a preconceived stressful process a truly wonderful experience. Nico the Great!! What stood out was that I’ve called a few dealers (even the one that had previously sold the current BMW to me) and they never got back to me about ge What stood out was that I’ve called a few dealers (even the one that had previously sold the current BMW to me) and they never got back to me about getting into a new lease. Nico was the exact opposite, he got right back to me and was in constant contact even after business hours. I’m a business man and I respect that. So even when the 1st dealer that didn’t get back to me called when I already had the deal with Nico set and offered the same car with additional features for a better monthly payment, i gave Nico the opportunity to match the payment and he did so. I gave and will continue to give Nico my business. It wasn’t about getting the better car, it was about the professionalism and reliability Nico showed. More
