He helped me a lot when buying my first brand new 2018 bmw as well as Hasan Barakat such a great manager! As soon as I went through the doors I was greeted professionally by the young gentlemen at the front desk. There was Darren who greeted me as well and approached me to help me with the dream car I was looking for!! Darren explained every car to me and as well as the prices and new features on every bmw model. He was very honest and well experienced with every car in inventory. I was treated like royalty the whole time and the process was very quick and smooth when buying the car ! I purchased on Saturday and went to pick up my brand new car by Wednesday! Excellent CPO purchase experience This is our 4th BMW purchase and the first time working with George Javier. I must say that this was the absolute best purchasing experience ever!!! I This is our 4th BMW purchase and the first time working with George Javier. I must say that this was the absolute best purchasing experience ever!!! I wished I used him from day one!!! First off Samatha is on his sales team and looks out for the model and color of the vehicle you are looking at. She follows up and is an absolute pleasure to work with. When there is something that fits she sets up the appointment to see the vehicle and George has it ready for a test drive. No valuable time wasted. Once a,test drive is done we sit and chat and negotiate the deal. No pressure, no stories, no games. I then had the pleasure of meeting Hasan Barakat business manager. We reviewed the cost, down payment, trade in and incentives. Told him where I wanted the interest rate and done. We discussed the maintenance and extended warranty and he explained it simply.... and we were done... I only opted for the maintenance and again no presssure no games it was an absolte pleasure....total time 1 hour including test drive... Came in to pick the vehicle up and it was ready as promised, spent 10 minutes signing and reviewing paperwork and then spent time with the genius.... With all the horror stories people have purchasing a pre owned they should really come down to RALLYE BMW and see George... I must add that the reason I decided I had to purchase another BMW from RALLYE is their service dept is exceptional....Beside we just love the brand..... Frank, Dennis, Brandon, Matt Carlson, John, Wiley and the rest of the service staff ALWAYS treat us as a valued client and friend!!! No response I had the worst experience at Rallye BMW. No response at my inquiries after car sales. I didn’t receive a response for my text msgs and my called af I had the worst experience at Rallye BMW. No response at my inquiries after car sales. I didn’t receive a response for my text msgs and my called after car sales done. I received the bad customer service and experience rudeness from a salesman. And, different information from salesman. I put down deposit to a hold a new vehicle and wrote down exact mileage number for a record, but when i picked up my car, mileage was over used 30 miles. Lastly, i picked up my new car on Sep 1st and he promised me for return my previous mercedes to Mercedes dealer on September 5th, 2018 Wednesday because he is off Tuesday. And, i visited BMW on Saturday september 8th again. I asked him that did he return my car and he said yes. and, i asked him again did you drove it by himself and he said yes! But, i found out that BMW returned my previous car on September 19th. So, i would like to ask sales for regarding this, i contacted to office several times and left text msgs and voice mailes, totally ignored by him until now. The worst experience i have ever had! More
