Damien the manager as well as Rachal service advisor run the BEST service dpt in NWI in my opinion! They are always professional & ensure the work on my vehicle is taken care of & if not they always make it the BEST service dpt in NWI in my opinion! We drove four and a half hours to look at a 2014 ford f-150 Joachim our salesman had the truck ready to look at and test drive he was very helpful and friendly told us about a few miles loop we could dri f-150 Joachim our salesman had the truck ready to look at and test drive he was very helpful and friendly told us about a few miles loop we could drive around town he sent us pictures ahead of time of the truck john the sales manager was very helpful and friendly he accepted or offer they both answered all of our questions Scott in finance took care of all the paperwork explained everything he was very helpful and friendly he offered an extended warranty at a great price which we took the truck was very clean inside and out they gave us a full tank of gas the whole experience was great thanks!
