I’ve been working with Heather for several years and she has been great! My odyssey has 150,000 miles on it and is still running well! Heather was great! She kept me updated whenever she got new information on my Pilot! She had numerous techs working on it to try to figure out what the problem was. Hea She kept me updated whenever she got new information on my Pilot! She had numerous techs working on it to try to figure out what the problem was. Heather put me in a rental to go home with which was very nice! When I got my car back it was very clean and ready to go! Definitely recommend Heather and the techs if you have any problems with your Honda!! More
