The crew at My Auto Import Center are the best. Took my Forrester in for an oil change and inspection. Wasn't in there more than 20 minutes. Fast and good, that is what I like. This was supposed to be first service! ! Vehicle is 4 months old. Less than 2500 miles. Would not do oil change because had to have10000 miles but needed to be done in the first year??? Tru ! Vehicle is 4 months old. Less than 2500 miles. Would not do oil change because had to have10000 miles but needed to be done in the first year??? Truck won’t have 10000 miles in first year!!! No oil change but told truck needs front end alignment!!! Out the door, work complete in less than 15 minutes!!!!! NEVER GO BACK!!! SORRY I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK ESPECIALLY FROM THIS DEALER!!! More

What a Joke this place is. .. From the Service Department to Sales. The young man that work with in sales was fantastic. I chose to not do a survey because I didn't want it to .. From the Service Department to Sales. The young man that work with in sales was fantastic. I chose to not do a survey because I didn't want it to hinder the guy salesman. The Sales Manager is very condescending when talking to customers. I have experienced the same when working with the service department, they act like they are never wrong. Something will have to drastically change to ever get me back in the doors of this dealership. Fundamental flaws from the top down. More
