Lack of training / knowledge My wife and I recently relocated to Charleston from Florida. We both have Toyota’s so we were in search of somewhere to get our vehicles serviced. We settled on this dealership due to location and online reviews. The reviews were certainly not a reflection of the service we received, we both have had service issues on separate occasions with two different vehicles now. This was very disappointing considering the awesome service we received from the dealership we purchased our vehicles from in Florida. We will now be looking for another Toyota dealership to take our vehicles to for service and in the future new car purchases. More

When I arrived for my appointment, Michael Manning greeted me and made sure to get me to the right person. Eric Peterson gave us a tour of vehicles and accompanied me on the test drive. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get the best car for me. Carey Wright made sure I didn't need anything while I waited. Ryan Spence made sure to get me the best financing deal and all with a great attitude. Thanks for the great experience and I left with an awesome car! More

Best ever for Honesty and Determination to satisfy customer Everyone at this dealership was great . I dealt with 3 different sales people due to timing and when I could get there . My wife noticed a small crack in the windshield after leaving and THE TEAM @ FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA had a new windshield replaced right away . Yes this was a used car but they did this at no charge to me . That is going above regular sales . I have had my other Toyota serviced here several times and it is always quick and AS PROMISED . More

From the welcome at the door, to my sales rep, to financing, my experience here was quick, efficient, friendly!! Justin already had the car I asked for sitting by the door with my name on it in VIP! I inspected the Corolla eco, and Justin answered professionally any and all .questions I had. The whole experience took less than three hours from the time I walked into Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston South Carolina, and I was on my way home with my Brand New Toyota Corolla eco. Oh yes, I drove in my son's car, a Scion. The folks at the dealership drove my car to my home, saving me quite a lot of time and another trip!! What a perfectly wonderful buying experience!! This dealership goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Alisia Durr answered all our questions and covered everything in great detail and was honest and upfront with financing options. FANTASTIC. Eddie Nuttall was great as usual. Andre went above and beyond and stayed two hours past his time to go home to ensure that the sale went smoothly and followed it to the end.
