But they will go over and beyond to provide assistance,, and liability, In their well built cars!!! I've been Shop owner for more then 20 years!! Always had confidence in the Quality of these cars!!! I had an appointment to get tire replaced, was actually very disappointed in the time it would take just to get a a new tire it was suggested that I buy the tire and go somewhere where else to have it repl very disappointed in the time it would take just to get a a new tire it was suggested that I buy the tire and go somewhere where else to have it replaced I definitely didn’t want to do that had to get back to work, wasn’t happy hearing that, then it was explained they were short of mechanic’s this is why the wait was so long, I really felt this should have explained in more detail, at the end of the day I was satisfied and very pleased that I got a new tire with all this shortage of help it should be explained up front. The service agent was very helpful in the long run. More

I trust Kia for services because I own one. My previous visits have been stellar; this last one gives me pause. I presented The Essential package coupon. My motor skills are challenged this time, and I wal visits have been stellar; this last one gives me pause. I presented The Essential package coupon. My motor skills are challenged this time, and I walk with a cane. I waited for my service. A nice assistance came to me and said my car was ready, and the recall had been taken care of. I told her I was there for oil change, etc services. I waited more. She returned at a reasonable amount of time to let me know my car was now ready. We went to her office to settle payment. She said it was $58 and change. I told her about the coupon for $34.50. She said they did the full package. I said okay, I will pay it. I signed the receipt, and she gave me change. We went out to the car only it was not my car. I told her my car was black, this is not my car. She left to go check. I did not see her again. I waited some more, and still no car. I finally went outside to see if my car would show up. After a while, a mechanic park my car in line. I looked for the young lady. I was very stressed with pain walking with my cane looking. I got in my car and left. I paid for services unknown. I do not have an itemized receipt. I would like to have one for my records. I know service to my car is good. But the young lady was given the wrong information to present to her customer, me. She was surprised, miffed and concerned about the mix up. I will follow up for a copy of the services I DID pay for. I still trust Kia to service my car, but I will visit Kia Rockwall next time. More
