Purchase of my RAV 4 was very fast and convenient. Service after the sale with some minor issues was sorely lacking. Even after several attempts and a certified letter I still have not received a 17$ Service after the sale with some minor issues was sorely lacking. Even after several attempts and a certified letter I still have not received a 17$ part that was missing from my car upon purchase and I haven’t been provided with any warranty information on my vehicle. I simply can’t understand what the problem is. More

Sales Rep Commendation - Hector I had an excellent experience in working with Hector at Capital. I will say I purchased a car from another dealer due to finding a better car fit for I had an excellent experience in working with Hector at Capital. I will say I purchased a car from another dealer due to finding a better car fit for my family. In working with Hector, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a car sales rep. He was professional,, respectful, and went above and beyond in providing information about the vehicle I was considering at Capital.
