Salesman (Matt) was happy to give me information when I asked without steering me in any direction. He basically let me take the lead. After the test drive, I was sold on the truck, but needed to figure out if they’d work with me on the price. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price, and I walked out of there with a new truck. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Carl Black! More

Dylan made the process so easy for me I picked what I wanted and went home till he called me and told me the deal was ready for me to sign. Sam the manager greeted me and ensured me I was getting the best deal possible. Hector the finance manager made the finance process so easy and painless even with my two year old playing with toys loudly in his office while we finished signing things.
