Darryl Driver, at the Service Department had me laughing from the jump. His banter with my son was hilarious. I was late for my appointment and he was able to squeeze me in. He gave me the information I needed and advised me accordingly. He was great. My sales agent John and Manager Hector were so attentive, knowledgeable, patient and cooperative. John had the best Hawian Shirt of the day. He should have won the award for best shirt. This experience was awesome. More

I came into Carl Black knowing what I wanted to buy, but also knowin I drove my last truck for nearly 15 years, so I don’t come to dealerships often. I came into Carl Black knowing what I wanted to buy, but also knowing there were others out there that had it as well. Salesman (Matt) was happy to give me information when I asked without steering me in any direction. He basically let me take the lead. After the test drive, I was sold on the truck, but needed to figure out if they’d work with me on the price. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price, and I walked out of there with a new truck. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Carl Black! More
