As a first-time car buyer, I honestly didn’t know what to expect walking in, but Wendell made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything in a way that actually m expect walking in, but Wendell made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel pressured or rushed. For me personally, that meant a lot because buying your first car can feel overwhelming. He listened to what I wanted, stayed patient with all my questions, and broke down the options so I could make a confident decision. No gimmicks, no confusion, just real transparency and solid guidance. You can tell he cares about making sure you leave understanding exactly what you’re getting and feeling good about it. Driving off in my first car felt like a big moment, and Wendell definitely played a major part in making it a great one. Even put a bow on my new ride! From the moment we walked into Sport Subaru, Zach and the team at Sport Subaru were nothing short of incredible. Zach took his time to show us all around the car, detail features we didn't know about and mak team at Sport Subaru were nothing short of incredible. The vehicle we were purchasing was still in transit to the dealer and set to be delivered to the dealer the following day. Instead of having to drive back to Sport Subaru, Zach graciously offered to deliver it to our home almost an hour away as soon as it came in. Absolutely incredible customer service. There were no hidden fees, gotchas or funny business when it came time to purchase. Just a straightforward, transparent sales process. Sport Subaru has gained a customer for life and I would refer anyone I know who is looking for a car to Zach and the team at Sport Subaru. More
