Herb Mills began the process, and was extremely pleasant and helpful on the test drives and narrowing down the choices. I was so pleasantly surprised when I was able to complete the process quickly - other dealerships drag out the finance completion, making the customer wait for hours, but Northside Lexus gets an A+ for getting me in and out quickly! Great dealership to work with - this is my third vehicle purchase from Northside, extremely pleased each time. More
