He was never pushy, never used a canned sales pitch, he asked us some questions and just pointed out some key features of the vehicle and let the car do the talking, I really appreciated this. Especially compared to other dealerships where we felt we were being shown accessories and trims that did not meet our needs and interests. When we picked up the vehicle Josh ensured that everything was detailed and met my eagle eye standards. Great experience! More
