I was told by Henry that our warranty we purchased was 75000 plus our miles already included on the vehicle whic was approximately 17k. I received our warranty paperwork and it’s only up to 76k. I tried to reach him for two weeks with no call back. I called again and finally got him on the phone. He told me he never said it was on top of the 75k. He told me he would never say that. I explained he said that to my wife and me to our faces. He basically called me a liar and said we could cancel our warranty if we were unhappy because we got a deal and said he would not change anything because the deal was already done. He lied to us and didn’t care. I’m stuck with what u got now but had to voice my disappointment. More

Next time I will deal with some else from the financial team. More

Their sales guy Brandon goes above and beyond so does their finance guy Henry. Dealer managers are barely average when it comes to making a deal. Dealer markups are crap.
