Ven Songco and Ricky were the two people who noticed us and helped us from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Ven Songco, who asked Ricky to assist my son and me. Unlike two other emp and helped us from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Ven Songco, who asked Ricky to assist my son and me. Unlike two other employees we spoke with earlier, who only talked to us for about five minutes and then left us on our own, Ricky stayed engaged the entire time. He listened carefully and was always looking for ways to help us. I told him that we would return in about an hour, and when we came back, he was still there waiting for us. He kindly asked if we were ready and continued helping us throughout the process. Thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Ven Songco and Ricky, we ended up making our purchase. We truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication to helping customers. More

Jay is a super sales person, I wasn’t ready to buy that Saturday and he said he will do everything to earn my business and he did. His manager Ven was awesome too, he is the only manager I met that is not Saturday and he said he will do everything to earn my business and he did. His manager Ven was awesome too, he is the only manager I met that is not in an air conditioned office like others. He was out in the parking lot helping buyers even though it was so hot that Saturday. My experience with Claremont Toyota was awesome. I will definitely come back and recommend them to everyone.
