As a long-time customer, I have always had a positive experience with the service provided. However, my recent appointment was a disappointment. Despite making the appointment two weeks prior, upon my arrival, I was informed that my request had been changed without any prior notification. I was so happy that Rosie, the fabulous service girl, was working when I arrived! I was from out of town and was to leave the next morning. She had the service department reattach my bumper before the depa working when I arrived! I was from out of town and was to leave the next morning. She had the service department reattach my bumper before the department closed. I was treated so kindly and professionally and would recommend MB of Coral Gables for work on their Mercedes.
