As a long-time customer, I have always had a positive experience with the service provided. However, my recent appointment was a disappointment. I was so happy that Rosie, the fabulous service girl, was working when I arrived! I was from out of town and was to leave the next morning. She had the service department reattach my bumper before the depa working when I arrived! I was from out of town and was to leave the next morning.
