The best MB dealership experience I've had as an 10 yr MB owner. Henry was a true professional, kind and friendly. We were there to have a windshield replaced. We are from Orlando and have been waiting for a owner. Henry was a true professional, kind and friendly. We were there to have a windshield replaced. We are from Orlando and have been waiting for a windshield replacement with our local MB dealership (MB of South Orlando) for about a month. Got fed up and called 5 dealerships in Central Florida. Found out only your dealership had one in stock. Made my appointment for Monday, at 10am. We told Henry that we have to leave back to Orlando the same day. He said he would make sure that their windshield guy would get it done and we would have the car back by 2 or 3pm. It got done by 2pm and in the meantime we enjoyed spending time in Coconut Grove. Henry is a true professional and made our experience wonderful. I might be back to Coral Gables to do my next maintenance. It's worth the drive. Great job! More
