Hello, I just want let people know about my recent experience at Hudson Honda. I went there because I saw a very nice car on the web page. The car was used. I test drove the car. It had the check engi experience at Hudson Honda. I went there because I saw a very nice car on the web page. The car was used. I test drove the car. It had the check engine light on and sales rep told me it was going to be a minor fix. I gave a deposit of the car on jan 31 2013. One week and a half went by and I did not hear from the dealer. I had to call constantly and I was told it was almost ready and this and that, next to be serviced etc.. Later I found out what happened: A customer had brought the car for a trade in, and was given a new car. then I gave the deposit for that used car . Then no loan was approved to the customer who took the new car, NOW, WHY WOULD YOU SELL THE CAR WHEN A LOAN HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED TO THE CUSTOMER WHO TRADED IN THE CAR? I asked for my deposit back and they said it was going to be 5 to 7 business days. More than 20 days went by for me to get my money refunded finally on March 5 2013. Not professional, not a call from them , and they would not answer my calls. Definitively would not recommend this dealer. More
