That's how all car sales people should conduct them selves, but they don't. EVERYONE, send your reps to Hartford Toyota and let guy teach them how to sell cars. You will be very happy with the results. I absolutely intend on returning here and dealing with guy, when it's time for a new car. Gina was super nice too. My only issue was after everything was signed, they took my new car to wash it, and it took them two hours. But everything else was greats! PS. Why is guy under"Other" instead of sales.....weird Gina was great as well, Henry also helped me in the beginning, while guy was with someone else, was also very nice and professional. I recommend them all to anyone. DONT GOTO WALLINGFORD THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! ***************GO PATS************** More

Excellent Customer Service Henry Is The Best Henry Montgomergy I visted hartford toyota a few months back to see what were my options about the lease i currently was in .Henry went out of Henry Montgomergy I visted hartford toyota a few months back to see what were my options about the lease i currently was in .Henry went out of his way to do what he can to help me that time i couldnt do much because it was still early and he explained everything better to me and i got a much better understanding of how it all works.. His exact words were come back in the few more months and i gurantee you will be leaving with your car. I visted toyota on 02-23-2015 And i couldnt be a much happier person. The customer service was amazing from when i first arrived to my appointment at 5 till 830 pm three and a half hours but worth the wait. Henry is a very patient person great sales person and made it happen. It was fast easy and he made me feel very important. His patience and understanding was great he answered all my questions before i even got the chance to ask them he went thru all the details and made sure he covered everything on my 2015 Toyota Camry we test drove the car put everything together and at the end went thru all the features in my car . I deffiently look forward to working with Henry In the future I recommend Hartford Toyota to everyone . Henry i can finally say i am happy thanks for making this happen.
