Had a very unfortunate situation where we found damage to our new car's roof about 2 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle. After all, who checks the roof??? After 1 call and email exchange of pictures, Larry Palmer at Porsche Riverside, service manager, took ownership of the problem and committed to fix it at no charge. They easily could have fought this but did the right thing. Top notch pros! More
