First of all John is extremely personable and professional. He knows the vehicles well. He took all the time necessary to review and show me current Macan and Macan S vehicles in the inventory. John also made himself readily available after the sale by phone to answer questions. I used the Costco program and traded in a 2018 Porsche 911 receiving very fair trade market value in the process. I’d like to mention that my previous buying experience with John in September of 2017 was similarly positive. Vehicle services were completed in satisfactory and timely manner. The entire Riverside Porsche team are All Stars in my opinion! More

Basic service with an appointment I came in for a basic oil change with an appointment. I wanted to go to the nearby 24 Hour Fitness while the service was completed. I was given a loaner vehicle but this changed my day. I get my Acura serviced nearby and they are able to complete my service in a more timely manner. I love your dealership but, when I make an appointment, I expect the service to be completed in a few hours and not the entire day. More

He is very attentive to all of the details and is always looking for ways to try and save money and keep my Porsche running at optimum performance. Everything is always done at MY convenience. They set me up with a car if it is going to take all day so I can go about my life and try to have as little interruption to my daily routine as possible. Between Mike and Cody, I was able to sign off on my car and get into a loaner within 15 minutes of arriving. Everyone at this dealer is extremely friendly and always asks if there is anything they can do to make me feel more welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any and all work for your car. We waited and waited for someone to greet us for sales and service (we had an appointment). They we understaffed and unorganized. Yet professional when we finally got connected and underway. Riverside was on top of it from the moment I put my Porsche in park. Henry Quezada was my designated service advisor. I cannot say enough.
