Recent Service Mat was my service rep and he has always gotten me in and out without a problem. He never fails to insure I know all important info about my vehicle. I really enjoy going to Sands for their service people do not try and nickel and dime you. All the personnel at Sands That I have come in contact with are really into service after the sale. They always take time to say hello and to see if everything is ok. The personnel there are top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them or even by another car through them. We have several in the family now. Keep up the good work. More

Excellent service I had an engine check light on for my cataletic converter for a 2013 chevy cruze eco. I took my car to Henry at sands surprise and he is very knowledg I had an engine check light on for my cataletic converter for a 2013 chevy cruze eco. I took my car to Henry at sands surprise and he is very knowledgeable and has great customer skills. They fixed my cataletic converter and they also found a small coolant leak and fixed that to. If you need to have your car serviced I recommend calling Henry. More

What a joke! Drove off with my vehicle. The next evening got a xall saying i had to bring it back due to "safety issues". They refused to give me my trade back and Drove off with my vehicle. The next evening got a xall saying i had to bring it back due to "safety issues". They refused to give me my trade back and left me vehicle less for 4 days! As a driver by trade, NOT GOOD!! shoved me in a van. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED OR WAS APPROVED FOR! Refused to uphold their warrantees and busted my sunroof while they had it in the shop. Promised a second key because the one it came with didn't work.. mever happened. And they call me at least once a week wanting me to come in and trade my van. Yet when I finally give in they want to DOWNGRADE me from what I have with double the payments. Refuse to give me my keys back when I wanted to leave yet management refuses to speak with me on the matter. I've asked multiple times to not ever be comtacted anymore.. yet here I am being hounded!! Never will I do business there again and NEVER will I send anyone there!!!! What a joke! More

Excellent Customer Service I scheduled and appointment with Henry to have the windows tinted on my 2017 Malibu. The service was performed in a timely manner. Henry kept me adv I scheduled and appointment with Henry to have the windows tinted on my 2017 Malibu. The service was performed in a timely manner. Henry kept me advised as to the progress toward completion. The job was completed within the time frame promised. I enjoyed coffee and a doughnut in a comfortable waiting area.
