Best service center I have ever used in 52 years I have been using Sand's service center since I brought my 1st truck from them. I can say without reservation they have always given me good service I have been using Sand's service center since I brought my 1st truck from them. I can say without reservation they have always given me good service on my trucks. But with in the last couple of years has gone from good to great. Henry Smith my service adviser is great with his advise and follow up on service my truck needs. It's almost like he feels like my Silverado is his also. I will keep going back for service on my truck, as long as Henry Smith and the Service Manager are there. Might not buy another Silverado from Sands but I will only use their Service Dept for repairs for my Silverado. Theron Lord More

I really enjoy going to Sands for their service people do not try and nickel and dime you. All the personnel at Sands That I have come in contact with are really into service after the sale. They always take time to say hello and to see if everything is ok. The personnel there are top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them or even by another car through them. What a joke! Drove off with my vehicle. The next evening got a xall saying i had to bring it back due to "safety issues". They refused to give me my trade back and Drove off with my vehicle. The next evening got a xall saying i had to bring it back due to "safety issues". They refused to give me my trade back and left me vehicle less for 4 days! As a driver by trade, NOT GOOD!! shoved me in a van. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I WANTED OR WAS APPROVED FOR! Refused to uphold their warrantees and busted my sunroof while they had it in the shop. Promised a second key because the one it came with didn't work.. mever happened. And they call me at least once a week wanting me to come in and trade my van. Yet when I finally give in they want to DOWNGRADE me from what I have with double the payments. Refuse to give me my keys back when I wanted to leave yet management refuses to speak with me on the matter. I've asked multiple times to not ever be comtacted anymore.. yet here I am being hounded!! Never will I do business there again and NEVER will I send anyone there!!!! What a joke! More
