General service and repair I took my vehicle in for general servicing and a transmission issue. The staff was very friendly and personable. They let me know exactly how long the I took my vehicle in for general servicing and a transmission issue. The staff was very friendly and personable. They let me know exactly how long the repair would take and what was entails in the repair. They offered me a ride home and a ride back to the dealership when the repair was complete. Very satisfied with the work completed as well as the profionalism of everyone there. More

oil change was informed i needed brake fluid changed and transmission fluid change,was a little mad at the fact i brought the car in at 48,000 miles and the brak was informed i needed brake fluid changed and transmission fluid change,was a little mad at the fact i brought the car in at 48,000 miles and the brake fluid and transmission fluid did not need attention so i bring the car in at 51,000 miles and all of a sudden i need both fluid changes for immediate attention this is wrong and if so i should get a considerable discount on both changes since this is not my fault. i would like something done about this!!!!! thank you joe macaluso More

Tony Evasco did a great job of covering all of the features of the Corvette before and during our drive. The actual process of negotiating the purchase price was very quick and painless by dealing with the Director of Internet Sales over the phone...great guy. They quoted me additional parts (rear spoiler and badging) that Henry, the service manager, had his team install at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Sands Chevrolet. More

Squeaky Brakes Unfortunately, my brakes have been squeaking since shortly after I purchased my Trax. Fortunately, Henry Smith has stayed on top of tracking down t Unfortunately, my brakes have been squeaking since shortly after I purchased my Trax. Fortunately, Henry Smith has stayed on top of tracking down the problem and worked with both the technician, Service Manager, and Chevrolet to try different solutions. He has test driven the car multiple times with me and on his own. While it's been frustrating because of multiple visits, Henry's professionalism has made it easier because I have felt that he really is trying to get the problem fixed. This last visit Chevrolet recommended changing the brake shoes themselves and Henry made multiple test drives after they were replaced to make sure there was no squeaking before turning the car back to me. The problem seems to be fixed at last. But I know that if the problem returns Henry will continue to pursue a solution. I also received a loaner car this time and the rest of the staff I dealt with were also very professional and helpful. All service advisors should be as professional as Henry Smith. More

I own a Corvette and am very fussy Without a doubt, my Sands Dealership, along with my personal Service Advisor Henry, have exceeded my expectations. I own a Corvette and am very fussy about trusting it to just anyone. I even chose Sands to put my new ZR1 wheels on.my existing tires! Their price was better than the tire store, and they included a free lug nut replacement because the old ones "didn't fit quite right"! They even contacted my warranty company and replaced a leaking wheel seal while waiting for the lug nuts to arrive, at zero cost to me!! The Best Service anyone could hope for. More
